The search on this site runs entirely in your own browser. The questions you answer about care needs, mobility, memory, medications and budget are processed on your device and are never transmitted to us or stored on any server. You may complete a full search, view every matching facility, and telephone any of them directly using the number we publish, and we will have no record that you were here.
If you tick the box asking a specific facility to contact you, we collect your name and contact details and join them to the parts of your answers that determine whether that facility can admit your family member.
We record which step of the search was reached and how long it took. We never record the values you entered. We use no third-party advertising or analytics trackers, no session recording, and no advertising pixels anywhere on this site.
Clinical details attached to an introduction are deleted 90 days after it is sent. What remains is a billing record showing which facility was introduced and when, containing no health information.
You may request a copy of what we hold, or its deletion, and we will respond within 15 days. Contact us at the address below.
We contact you only in the way you told us to, and only on behalf of facilities you selected by name. We do not sell contact information, and we do not pass it to any facility you did not choose. You may withdraw consent for any facility at any time.
Version 1.0, in effect {CONFIG['policy_effective']}. Reviewed by counsel. Scheduled for review again by {CONFIG['policy_next_review']}, and sooner if we change what we collect or enter a state whose privacy law differs materially. Superseded versions are kept and available on request, because a privacy policy nobody can check the history of is not much of a commitment.
